1st Indian Dog Breeds Speciality Show

We have immense pleasure in bringing you happy tidings that Society of Indian Breeds of Dogs (SIBD) Bangalore is hosting the first Indian Dog Breeds speciality show on Sunday 16th November 2014 at Sri Basaveshwara Engineering College Ground, Vidyagiri, Bagalkot, Karnataka.
This is the much awaited dog sport event in Bagalkot wherein more than 300 exhibits representing more than 5 different Indian breeds of dogs from all over the country will be vying for top honours such as Best in Show.
For the first time the Society for Indian Breeds of Dogs, Bangalore, is having regular dog show under KCI Rules Exclusive for Indian breeds of dogs wherein the KCI registered Indian breeds of dog and also of some the sample exhibits of certain other Indian dog breeds such as the Jonangi, Kanni etc. will be on show. This show has been organised in Bagalkot – the home tract of the mudhal hound – Karnatakas Canine pride. It is envisioned that exhibits from Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu will also be on show.
This show will be judged by Mrs. Yashodhara Hemchandra from the Kennel Club of India – Panel of Judges.
The Show Committee of SIBD, Bangalore, believes that an event of this magnitude with your active participation and patronage will make the show a grand success.
